Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for leading the change management strategy and execution for Finance and Accounting processes within the framework of a large-scale digital transformation involving SAP S/4HANA implementation—acting as the primary change management reference for the finance area—and ensuring that accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, controlling, and financial planning teams effectively adopt the new processes, tools, and ways of working resulting from the transformation.

The role works closely with the CFO, finance directors, process owners, and SAP Finance and Controlling teams—translating the impacts of financial process redesign into concrete adoption plans—managing organizational resistance in an environment with high regulatory sensitivity, internal control requirements, and transactional accuracy—and ensuring that the transition to new operating models for the financial cycle, financial closing, cost management, and reporting is executed with the highest level of control, continuity, and reliability.

Additionally, it leads the execution of the change management plan for the finance area—coordinates finance and controlling super users and change agents—designs and implements communication, engagement, and training interventions tailored by profile and role, considering the rigor, compliance requirements, and high risk aversion typical of finance populations—and reports progress, risks, and adoption metrics to the Change Management Lead of the program.
