As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will serve as a business analyst supporting transformation engagements shaped or orchestrated with the support of Enterprise Strategy. You will play a key role in researching industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within that industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conduct Industry Research: Research industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within that industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and insights that inform business transformation strategies.
• Gather and Analyze Data: Assist with the gathering and synthesis of key operational and performance data pertaining to the client's enterprise, providing valuable insights that inform strategic recommendations.
• Document Processes: Document as-is processes and operating models, helping to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Inform Strategic Engagements: Help with recommendation formulation and visualization in support of strategic engagements that guide business transformation, leveraging your analytical skills to drive meaningful change.
• Perform Business Analysis: Perform business, process, technology, product, pricing, policy, and/or governance research and analysis, including value assessment and orchestration, to drive informed decision-making.
• Industry Research Experience: Experience with researching industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within specific industries, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and insights that inform business transformation strategies.
• Data Analysis Expertise: Experience in gathering and synthesizing key operational and performance data pertaining to an enterprise, providing valuable insights that inform strategic recommendations.
• Process Documentation Skills: Experience documenting as-is processes and operating models, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Business Analysis Capabilities: Experience performing business, process, technology, product, pricing, policy, and/or governance research and analysis, including value assessment and orchestration.
• Strategic Engagement Support: Experience supporting strategic engagements that guide business transformation, leveraging analytical skills to drive meaningful change.
**Federal Clearance Is Required at the Secret level.
• Industry Research Knowledge: Experience with researching industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within specific industries, including staying up-to-date on the latest trends and insights that inform business transformation strategies. • Data Visualization Skills: Exposure to data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. • Business Analysis Tools: Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies to perform business, process, technology, product, pricing, policy, and/or governance research and analysis.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
