● Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for SAP S/4HANA Integrations across various systems.
● Perform integration architecture assessments and recommend scalable, secure, and reusable solutions.
● Collaborate with functional consultants, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
● Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and interface stability.
● Conduct code reviews, peer mentoring, and technical governance activities.
● Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
● Author functional specifications, design documents, test scripts, and cutover/data migration plans.
● Deep expertise in design and implement robust Integration frameworks for S/4 HANA enterprise landscape.
● Identify opportunities to automate Integration processes and improve operational efficiency.
● Lead technical workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs
● Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (design → deployment → support)
● Conduct and facilitate workshops, fit-gap assessment, data standardization discussions, and governance strategy to gather and analyse business requirements for integration track.
● Translate requirements into functional design and configuration specifications.
● Collaborate with FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration
● Lead end-to-end integration implementations across SAP and third-party applications with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba and Legacy systems.
● Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams for RICEFW enhancements, interfaces, and integrations
● Design and review functional specifications for RICEF objects.
● Support data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover and post go-live activities.
Technical Responsibilities
● Support DevOps and CI/CD practices for integration deployments.
● Stay abreast of emerging SAP BTP and integration technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.
● Experience in Middleware Optimization with integration patterns and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
● Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous messaging concepts.
● Good understanding in web standards such as http/SOAP/Webservices/json/XML
● Implement security standards including, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, Certificates and Principal propagation
● Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite components including: Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management - API Strategy & Governance, Open Connectors, Event Mesh, Integration Advisor, AI-assisted integration automation and Hybrid cloud integration landscapes
● Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite and Proven expertise in: SAP BTP, IDoc/ALE integrations, REST/SOAP Services, OData services, XML, XSLT, JSON, Groovy scripting, RFC, Proxy, and SFTP integrations, iFlows and EDI/B2B interfaces
● Develop APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and middleware integrations to support intelligent enterprise automation initiatives.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
▪ SAP certifications in SAP Integration Suite, BTP and CPI is preferred.
▪ Over 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years with S/4HANA.
▪ Completed a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation projects (lasting at least 4 years in total), with at least 1 of them being S/4HANA projects.
▪ More than 5 years of team lead experience and managed and led at least 3 team members.
▪ Exposure to industry domains such as healthcare, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or public sector is advantageous.
▪ Has worked on projects involving at least 20 company codes and/or plants.
• Deep SAP Ariba Knowledge: Experience with advanced SAP Ariba features and functionalities, including configuration, implementation, and integration. Ability to leverage this knowledge to design and deploy complex solutions that meet client requirements. • Procurement Process Optimization: Experience in analyzing procurement processes and identifying areas for improvement, with the ability to develop strategic solutions that drive business growth and optimization. • Supply Chain Management Expertise: Experience in analyzing supply chain management processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, with the ability to develop solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain management.
