As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment delivery for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring the achievement of hiring goals, service levels, and business objectives. You will oversee recruitment teams across on-site and remote environments, foster strong client partnerships, and leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to drive operational excellence, hiring efficiency, and continuous improvement while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Strong hands-on experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in SLA-driven, high-volume, and/or complex hiring environments, with accountability for recruitment delivery and hiring outcomes.
Demonstrated success managing and developing teams of recruiters, driving performance, productivity, engagement, and achievement of hiring targets.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence mid-to-senior-level business leaders.
Proven experience in workforce forecasting, capacity planning, resource management, and budget oversight within recruitment operations.
Strong hands-on experience leveraging ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), recruiting analytics, and AI-enabled talent acquisition tools, including sourcing platforms, candidate matching solutions, and generative AI applications to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making; fluent English proficiency (B2+/C1 or equivalent).
Strong experience implementing and scaling AI, automation, and talent intelligence solutions within recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and overall recruitment performance.
Advanced analytical capabilities, including the use of predictive hiring metrics, pipeline health insights, and data-driven decision-making, with experience leading executive-level business reviews (QBRs/MBRs).
Exposure to regional and global recruitment environments, preferably within technology, consulting, or digital talent segments, with a proven track record of improving hiring outcomes through technology-driven initiatives.
