Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez au sein de l'un de nos Centres d’Innovation Client IBM Consulting (centres de services), où nous fournissons une expertise technique et sectorielle approfondie à un large éventail de clients des secteurs public et privé à travers le monde. Nos centres de services offrent à nos clients des compétences locales et une expertise technique pour stimuler l’innovation et l’adoption de nouvelles technologies.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

En tant que Consultant Technico-Fonctionnel Banque H/F vous aurez la charge de :

  • Participer aux cadrages : collecte des besoins utilisateurs, communications utilisateurs, rédaction de documents de formalisation
    Formuler et prioriser les besoins.
  • Analyser, comprendre et challenger le besoin des utilisateurs pour le transmettre sous forme d’expression de besoin technico-fonctionnelle à l’entité Data Factory
  • Superviser les étapes de développement.
  • Rédiger de manière claire et précise le cahier des charges en décrivant les spécifications fonctionnelles
  • Participations aux phases de tests fonctionnelles
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les métiers et les équipes techniques, notamment les développeurs.
  • Participation à la conduite du changement : rédaction de document de formation et animation de formation
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Plus de 3 ans en tant que consultant fonctionnel banque
  • Précédentes expériences sur des phases de spécifications fonctionnelles, de tests, de cadrage et/ou conduite du changement
  • Excellentes compétences en analyse et précédentes expériences en modélisation de processus et/ou maquettage d’interfaces
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à gérer les priorités et à respecter les délais
  • Capacité à se saisir de nouveaux sujets et de monter en compétences rapidement.
  • Capacité d’adaptation, proactivité, prise d’initiatives et résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacités rédactionnelles et orales : synthèse, rapports et présentations.
    Suivi rigoureux et communication constante sur l’avancement du projet.
  • Capacité à animer des réunions et des ateliers de travail avec les utilisateurs des solutions développées.
  • Français et anglais courants.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • A l’aise avec les chiffres, ayant déjà travaillé sur des projets en lien avec le suivi de production, l’architecture évènementielle et la BI.
  • Connaissances des outils : KIBANA (ou équivalent), Business Object (ou équivalent), SQL.
  • Connaissance du monde bancaire
  • Connaissance des mécanismes de traitements documentaires
