Your role and responsibilities

Contexte général – Rattachement à la practice Finance Transformation

Le poste est rattaché à la practice Finance Transformation, qui accompagne les directions financières sur des enjeux de transformation des organisations, des processus et des outils Finance, notamment sur le volet trésorerie d’entreprise.

La mission initiale s’inscrit dans un contexte opérationnel post‑implémentation autour d’un outil de gestion de trésorerie (Kyriba) au sein d’un groupe international. Ce point d’entrée permet une exposition concrète aux problématiques Finance et IT, tout en offrant, à court ou moyen terme, des opportunités d’intervention sur des missions de transformation Finance plus larges ou ciblées, notamment sur la trésorerie et le cash management.

Positionnement du rôle

Dans un premier temps, le/la candidat·e sera intégré·e à une mission existante d’AMS (Application Management Services), en appui d’un consultant ou sous‑traitant senior.

Le rôle consiste principalement à traiter et suivre des tickets d’incidents et de demandes liés à l’usage de la solution de gestion de trésorerie Kyriba, couvrant des sujets de paiements, de connectivité bancaire et de cash management (dont cash forecast).

Ce rôle de back‑up constitue un véritable dispositif de montée en compétence, permettant une formation progressive à la solution Kyriba, l’appropriation des enjeux opérationnels et de gouvernance liés au dispositif AMS, ainsi qu’une exposition encadrée aux interactions avec le client, les équipes IBM et les équipes de support offshore.

Le positionnement initial sur ce client n’implique pas une affectation dédiée sur la durée du contrat AMS et s’inscrit dans une trajectoire de développement au sein de l’équipe Finance Transformation, avec une mobilité progressive vers d’autres missions et contextes clients.

Vos missions (exemples)

Sous la supervision du consultant senior, vous interviendrez notamment sur :

  • La collecte et la consolidation des données de trésorerie
  • La participation aux échanges clients et aux points de suivi opérationnels
  • Le support fonctionnel Kyriba en environnement post‑implémentation
  • La mise à jour des procédures et modes opératoires Finance / Trésorerie
  • Le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance
  • La collaboration avec les équipes de support offshore

Dimension solution & technologie

  • Fonctionnement d’un TMS de référence (Kyriba)
  • Standards de paiements, connectivité bancaire et sécurité
  • Interfaces Finance / IT
  • Sensibilisation à l’automatisation et à la Finance augmentée
Required education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Apprentissage de Master sur 1 ou 2 ans (pas de contrat pro)
  • Date de début : dès que possible
  • Localisation : Bois-Colombes avec possibilités de déplacements en clientèle.
  • Etudiants en M1 ou M2 avec spécialisation en trésorerie d'entreprise / cash management (Finance avec Majeure Trésorerie, Master Trésorerie, école de commerce ou université spécialisée).
  • Aisance orale et relationnelle, qualité d'écoute, rigueur, curiosité, esprit d'équipe
  • Excellent niveau de français et d’anglais indispensables
