  • Pre-Production: Support the Manager with all aspects of pre-production for shoots including location scouting & booking, permitting, insurance certificates, crew outreach & deal memo generation, sourcing for props & products, and travel booking support.
  • Production: Work to ensure the success of each shoot through crew & talent on-set support, organizing location load-ins & loadouts, booking & managing craft services, and note taking & footage transfers.
  • Production captures short-form broadcast, digital & social content as part of each shoot, across lifestyle verticals that include design, food, fashion, beauty, sports & entertainment.
  • Post-Production: Support the management of invoice payment & tracking with freelancers, work with network stakeholders on asset deployment across linear, digital & social platforms, production wrap-up & budget reconciliation on all expenses.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Manager throughout the process of production.

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with a preference towards candidates who have spent time in production offices and on-set.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external business partners and/or the ability to work with internal or external partners.
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Professional, positive, and diplomatic demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable dealing with people from different departments, roles, and outside partners.
  • Deadline driven, able to prioritize and re-prioritize workload as needed to complete tasks.
  • High degree of self-motivation, independence, and reliability.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Comfortable with taking and understanding directions from multiple people.
