Overview
Our Breezeline and Cogeco networks have millions of CPEs connected on them and a complex architecture that integrates and enables them. As an ISP, we need to ensure that these devices are securely, correctly, and reliably provisioned, configured, and managed at all times.
As an architect on our team, you will help support the current system architecture and guide our future technological strategy for delivering our various telecommunications services to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Employees must take all necessary measures to ensure their own health and safety, as well as that of their colleagues and the public. They must use available personal protective equipment at all times and comply with all health and safety instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures issued by the company.
To support Cogeco's ultimate goal of providing excellent service to current and future customers, the incumbent must remain consistently attentive and responsive to the needs of both external and internal clients, helping to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, while ensuring the solution meets the client's needs.
