The Black Youth Career Development Program is a paid, entry-level employment opportunity that offers you employability skill building in a professional field across the City of Toronto. This five month program provides Black youth aged 18-35 the opportunity to develop valuable work skills, learn about the organization and participate in professional development workshops that can help prepare you for future career success.
Your understanding of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and lived experience will be an asset in this role.
