As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the organization’s transition to SAP SuccessFactors Story reporting, advancing the modernization of HR analytics and reporting capabilities. You will play a key role in redesigning and optimizing reporting assets to support the organization’s future-state analytics vision.
Leveraging deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, you will assess the current reporting landscape, document data dependencies, and develop optimized Story reports that deliver accurate, consistent, and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with Technology Services (IT) partners, including BI developers, data architects, integrators, and platform leads, as well as HR business partners across multiple domains to clarify requirements, validate outputs, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution, you will help shape a roadmap that optimizes the use of SuccessFactors reporting capabilities alongside the organization’s emerging data platform. As part of a cross-functional team, you will support the transition from legacy tools and processes, while redeveloping existing SuccessFactors reports in Story to address the organization’s most critical HR analytics needs.
You will support the full reporting lifecycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, data mapping, prototyping, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support. You will also contribute to the development of reporting governance standards, data quality practices, and the long-term sustainability of the new reporting environment.
Success in this role requires strong technical acumen, structured problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a complex, evolving environment.
