As the Senior Consultant, TEAM Central you will supervise a team that provides information support for all employee and manager HR inquiries. You will assist with the implementation of TEAM Central’s knowledge base, as well as provide operational and advisory support to the People & Equity Division. You will supervise the co-ordination, roll-out and delivery of programs to ensure that high levels of client service are met and issues are resolved in a timely, professional manner.

What will you bring to the role:
Passionate about staff development, you bring experience supervising and motivating a team of staff, supporting and promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace culture. Specifically, you have experience setting performance objectives, coaching, mentoring and evaluating performance.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive human resources experience in a large complex organization, paired with experience working in an HR Service Centre. In addition, you will have significant experience with implementing projects/initiatives.
You will bring thorough knowledge of relevant human resources practices, collective agreements and employment legislation, as well as technical and project methodology knowledge.
Your success has been based on excellent customer service and communication skills that you are able to apply effectively at all levels of the organization. You are resourceful and bring well-developed problem-solving skills and can deliver on project initiatives. You bring experience resolving issues of confidential nature, and the ability to take initiative and make independent decisions .
Last, but not least, you have a post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources. A CHRP, CHRL or other relevant professional designation would be an asset.
