Summary

The Senior Manager, Technical Product Manager, Salesforce plays a critical role in delivering Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the user experience. Working closely with business primes and Salesforce technical primes, this role ensures that business priorities are translated into scalable, high-quality end-to-end solutions. The position also contributes to project delivery excellence and drives effective change management to support successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Product Leadership

  • Partner with business primes to understand priorities, define requirements, and translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with project milestones.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Collaborate with Salesforce technical primes to shape end-to-end solution designs that align with architectural standards, data governance, and platform best practices.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities to support predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyzing, refining, and publishing best practices methodologies and processes across Salesforce platforms
  • Ensure solutions meet functional requirements through user story validation, testing support, and continuous engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Contribute to project planning, risk management, and cross functional coordination to support on time and on scope delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
  • Support business primes in the delivery of new products, processes, features & functionality, as well as automation, optimization & system enhancements based on ever-evolving business requirements
  • Maintain documentation and support governance processes to ensure compliance with Bell’s enterprise standards and operational frameworks.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and readiness assessments.
  • Drive adoption by ensuring users understand new functionality and by gathering feedback to identify ongoing enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor solution performance and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and maximize platform value.
  • Evolving and growing the internal Knowledge Base as new services and capabilities are made available

Critical Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead within Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities across core clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to Salesforce project delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption activities.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
