Position: Marketing Coordinator, DTC Partner Marketing
Location: 260 Richmond Street West
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.

As the Marketing Coordinator, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Partner Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer team. This team is responsible for maximizing channel presence of the Bell Media brands by developing and executing partnership marketing programs that drive subscriber growth, revenue and engagement with our Platform Partners (LG, Samsung, Sony, and more) and Digital Distribution Partners (Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Google, Roku and more).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing programs and initiatives, including drafting creative briefs, working with design on the creative, and managing the partner creative specs, deliverables list, and deadlines
  • Coordination of creative assets and deliverables across the different partner communications tactics including digital, email, social and on platform
  • Manage the organic merchandising tactics and other self-serve partner marketing tools
  • Maintain marketing activity trackers and reporting dashboards
  • Field and execute incoming ad hoc marketing requests from partners
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across partner marketing tactics and provide strict enforcement of our brand guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business units (marketing, creative agency, distribution, programming, product, legal, and finance)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 4-year college/University degree or equivalent; Business, Marketing or in a comparative industry
  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role; partnership marketing experience an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of the media landscape and OTT products
  • Ability to build and foster partnerships with multiple internal and external stakeholder
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through required

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
