Come be a part of Amazon's dynamic Live Sports Production team. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of Crewing to serve as the centralized crewing authority across all of our live sports properties.

We drive production excellence through streamlined processes and operational frameworks that empower the team to work more efficiently and grow with increasing demand.
The growing volume and complexity across our properties demands a dedicated Sr. Manager of Crewing. This role provides the centralized coordination layer to ensure consistency, resolve conflicts, and maintain a unified view of crew availability across the entire Prime Video Live Sports portfolio and with third-party vendors. Our crewing operation is purpose-built around the needs of an expanding, multi-sport live portfolio rather than modeled after a traditional broadcast network structure. We are defining and building as we evolve, and this person must be excited to roll up their sleeves and help establish the systems, relationships, and workflows that will scale with us.
This role requires deep knowledge of remote, event, and studio production crewing, including broadcast positions, industry standard rates, and an established network of relationships across production services. The Sr. Manager of Crewing will work in lockstep with property leads to ensure each event or studio show is properly staffed, communicating proactively with third-party partners to prevent gaps, resolve conflicts in real time, and keep productions on track. This role will also work closely with Amazon's internal legal and labor teams to ensure compliance with all applicable workforce regulations. The Sr. Manager of Crewing will be responsible for escalating issues that require senior leadership attention, keeping the Global Head of Production Operations informed on matters that carry risk or require resolution. Additionally, this person will partner directly with our Production Service Providers (PSP) to establish best practices, define operational standards for how PSPs engage with our productions, and ensure alignment on processes and expectations across the vendor landscape.
The successful candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You possess the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and projects quickly with autonomy, react with urgency to situations that demand immediate attention, and have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
