Amazon's Delivery Experience team is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead our efforts in accelerating the speed of product delivery for millions of customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities
* Drive the vision and requirements for a new strategic initiative, building the business from the ground up
* Convert complex data into actionable insights to propel program growth and ensure scalability
* Lead high-visibility programs focused on enhancing end-to-end delivery experiences
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Business Analytics, Design, and other Amazon teams
* Optimize customer experience across Amazon platforms and apps
* Partner with Operations teams to implement on-the-ground improvements
* Develop and refine pricing structures
* Design and execute A/B tests to validate improvements
