Description

Come join a creative team that is working to build a best-in-class transportation experience for selling partners who use our Amazon-managed transportation programs to ship goods into the Amazon network. We are building an industry-leading shipment booking experience by working backwards from the customer, taking a holistic view of the industry, and reimagining the way inbound transportation should work.

Our customer is the shipper, and our objective is to execute on time, save shippers money, and offer differentiating features and services to all sellers, irrespective of their size.

As a Senior Product Manager of Shipper Experience, your key responsibilities will be to own the shipment booking experience for our PCP Sellers. You will develop solutions to reduce defects and help sellers schedule and manage their transportation when using our inbound shipping programs to send products into our fulfillment network. On a typical day, you might talk to several customers, deep dive to root cause a customer issue, define and report business metrics, and develop go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with a team of Amazon software engineers, supply chain managers, and operations leaders to define and prioritize the roadmap and develop new products and features that improve the vendor and seller experience, increase program adoption, and reduce shipping defects. You will be surrounded by people who are incredibly smart, passionate about scaling solutions to transport billions of items each year, and believe that we are only scratching the surface of what we can do to help customers everywhere.
