Description

Amazon Global Selling is looking for an experienced and strategic Sr. Program Manager to spearhead the research and development of merchandising and deal strategies for Sellers across Asia, including Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian regions. In this role, you will conduct deep-dive research into Seller economics, define and execute strategies that accelerate seller adoption of Amazon's merchandising and deal features, and ultimately fuel seller business growth and profitability through effective use of merchandising tools. You will partner with cross-functional teams spanning Worldwide Stores, Merchandising and Deal Product, Customer Economy Research, and Country Business teams to deliver data-driven, outcome-focused results.


Key job responsibilities
Research and Analysis
• Perform in-depth research and analysis on consumer signals, pricing trends, and the effectiveness of merchandising tools.
• Use data-driven insights to uncover opportunities for refining merchandising and deal strategies for Sellers.
• Evaluate market dynamics, competitive positioning, and seller economics to guide strategic decisions.
Strategy Development and Execution
• Design and execute merchandising and deal strategies customized by seller category, segment, and geography.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver initiatives that increase seller engagement with merchandising and deal features.
• Build and refine processes, tools, and best practices that streamline strategy implementation.
Program Management and Optimization
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decisions.
• Pinpoint and resolve bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and boost operational efficiency alongside cross-functional partners.
• Create training programs and enablement resources to upskill teams involved in merchandising and deal execution.
