In this role, you serve as a senior quality program leader, autonomously driving the strategy, development, and execution of quality management programs that span the full D&C project lifecycle across Amazon's logistics network.
You independently own and deliver complex, cross-functional quality programs—from Quality Management System (QMS) implementation to continuous improvement initiatives—with limited oversight. You are a systems thinker who connects quality outcomes to business value and champions a culture where quality is everyone's job.
This role requires strong executive communication skills, the ability to present complex decisions and trade-offs to Directors and VPs, and a track record of building scalable programs in matrixed organizations.
This position requires approximately 60% travel within North America to support field quality programs, stakeholder engagement, and program governance. You must be available to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
