Role Summary
As a Senior Brand Manager on the XCM team, you will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for high-visibility campaigns. You will partner with cross-functional teams including media, creative, insights, and business stakeholders to develop integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a self-starter who can identify opportunities, set initiatives, and operate with minimal oversight at the director/VP level

Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead marketing strategy for assigned campaigns/programs, ensuring alignment with broader XCM portfolio objectives and business goals
• Develop integrated communication briefs (ICBs) informed by customer insights, business problems, and objectives
• Partner with media, creative, and production teams to oversee creative development and campaign execution across channels (TV, digital, OOH, social, etc.)
• Own experimentation roadmaps to unlock new insights and optimize campaign performance against KPIs
• Analyze campaign performance data, conduct deep dives, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Produce strategic narratives, documents, and presentations for director/VP-level reviews (6-pagers, QBRs, etc.)
• Drive cross-functional alignment with business teams, central marketing teams, and external agency partners
• Identify and propose new marketing segment opportunities and scalable processes
• Manage and optimize marketing investment to deliver against business objectives (RCV, OPS, customer acquisition)
