Join Leo Commerce Org's centralized Technical Program Manager team where you'll shape the future of how we build culture and deliver transformational outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive long-term strategy for critical programs while working at the intersection of business and technology.
As Sr. Technical Program Manager, you'll tackle complex business and technology challenges, working with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver solutions that scale globally. You'll thrive in ambiguity, using your technical judgment to question assumptions, validate requirements, and solve problems before they become roadblocks. Your collaborative approach and problem-solving expertise will be essential as you manage diverse stakeholder requests and drive operational excellence across multiple programs.
Key job responsibilities
You will work with a team of experts and drive the team to successfully accomplish the following activities:
- Develop and manage technical requirements for test, verification and harness of complex systems
- Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy.
- Identify and manage the conduct of trade studies and analyses necessary to define automated test station hardware and software requirements.
- Manage a large number of dependencies across many engineering disciplines to ensure that development schedules are met.
- Develop program and team processes and tools, as required
You must be familiar with variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project life-cycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
**This role is located in Redmond, WA and candidate will be required to be onsite. No location flexibility.
