Amazon's Seller Services team is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel digital marketing strategies that drive seller acquisition and engagement across four countries. Sitting within the Seller Services Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will work closely with seller recruitment, partnerships, program management, and regional marketing teams, owning end-to-end marketing execution across paid and organic channels including paid search (Google), SEO, paid social (Meta, Google, YouTube), website management, top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, and lead generation funnel management for the entire MENATR region.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies, managing significant marketing budgets, optimizing ROI across all channels, and driving measurable business outcomes. Success in the position requires deep expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, content strategy, and marketing technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with substantial budgets, driving seller acquisition through data-driven strategies, and leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. Operating in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment, the successful candidate will work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand awareness strategies across all digital channels
- Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization, ensuring overall website performance and UX alignment with marketing campaign goals
- Analyze Google Search Console data (clicks, impressions, rankings) to inform paid and organic strategy by developing keyword strategies for branded and non-branded terms, optimizing bids, and managing agency relationships
- Develop and execute SEO strategy to drive organic traffic to seller-facing properties by conducting keyword research, on-page optimization and content gap analysis
- Leverage AI tools to scale content development and article creation
- Own the full lead generation funnel from awareness to conversion, managing demand generation across all channels, optimizing funnel metrics, and partnering with program management on seller incentive go-to-market strategies
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and paid social campaigns across Meta and YouTube, working with external agency partners to drive seller acquisition, demand generation, and lead generation
- Report key metrics and campaign performance to the leadership team through weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost-per-acquisition
- Partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate with regional teams to align goals and requirements
