Amazon MGM Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. It is our role to produce original content and license studio programs worldwide in exclusive service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers. The Amazon MGM Studios European International Production & Post team seeks a dedicated, self-driven Coordinator with strong communication skills to support their Head of Production & Post, who is located in our Culver City office.
You will have experience with heavy calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, large internal team meetings, leadership meetings, and external meeting coordination. This role requires exceptional planning, time management, and a passion for organization and the content creation process. Superior attention to detail, great judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across regional teams is critical. You will take initiative to move tasks forward and have the ability to think strategically as well as a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism dealing with senior executives.
Key job responsibilities
• Thoughtfully manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones
• Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution, attendance tracking
• Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries with seamless logistics
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and Production Companies
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (team meeting agendas, off-sites, and other team events)
• Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and the US, which may occasionally require flexibility to support US timezone meetings.
