Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our AU 3P Seller Growth team. This is a pivotal role focused on attracting new sellers to sell on Amazon Australia, directly supporting the continued growth of our third-party seller business. You'll own and optimise our paid media activity across SEM and Social channels, while also contributing to our organic search (SEO) efforts.

This is a hands-on, in-the-tools role. You won't just be setting strategy from a distance — you'll be in the accounts daily, building campaigns, optimising performance, and driving measurable results.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage paid search (SEM) campaigns in Google Ads, with a focus on seller acquisition for Amazon Australia
- Build, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to attract prospective sellers

- Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time optimisations to maximise return on ad spend
- Support SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimisation recommendations, and content collaboration to improve organic visibility for seller-facing pages
- Manage budgets effectively, providing regular reporting on spend, performance, and ROI across all channels
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team, creative resources, and cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging and campaign strategy
- Identify new opportunities and channels to scale seller acquisition through paid and organic digital marketing
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to inform future investment and strategy
