Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product, science, and tech teams in building innovative solutions for Incentives & Monetization growth for Amazon Japan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant business impact through 0 to 1 initiatives and shape the future of online shopping experiences in Japan. The product scope spans onsite customer experiences, selling partner experiences and points incentives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and data, customer-centric, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key job responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Points and Monetization growth in Amazon Japan
• Work cross-functionally across teams consisting of engineers, data scientists, designers and marketing.

Product Development:
• Develop and launch compelling new Co-marketing offerings, overseeing package mix and product lifecycle.
• Drive innovation in areas such as personalization, Points issuance, and Monetization
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance

Technical Expertise:
• Guide technical architecture decisions to ensure scalability and performance
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance
• Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and shared technologies
• Represent the product and tech team in executive decision-making forums
