After training, your responsibility will be to handle payment related queries from Amazon’ Vendors. Benefits
Base pay for this position starts from a minimum of EUR 1,800 + gross per month and will be increased depending on the skills and requirements. The total compensation package will include Amazon’s stock units, sign-on payments for new employees and relocation package. This unlimited contract will also include company benefits that are subject to further terms such as annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal allowance voucher, etc.
Key job responsibilities
- Independently engage and collect on a portfolio of accounts with open Account Receivables balance positions for Turkish-speaking vendors
- Drive escalations when necessary to ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with supporting teams around the world to ensure efficient and effective collections
- Perform account reconciliations for assigned portfolio of accounts
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management
- Identify process or procedure improvements and submit recommendations to management
- Manage small to medium-sized projects related to collections or process improvements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
A day in the life
As a Finance Account Receivable Analyst, you will monitor accounts to identify the debit- balance situation. Analysts find and contact vendors (directly via phone and email) to arrange debt payoffs, resolve invoice issues, drive in-depth analyses & financial reconciliation in cooperation with multiple teams. The team keeps accurate records, reports on collection activities and drive monthly targets. There is space for diving deep into our processes and tools to find efficient and sustainable solutions. Working day includes managing programs or projects, on your own or with stakeholders, to ultimately improve our business outcomes.
