The EMEA Infrastructure Technology Partnerships Team’s mission is to define a strategy to win and drive scale in EMEA with our largest partners across Security, Data & Analytics and GenAi categories. This team is responsible for enabling and driving a frictionless co-sell process, where ISVs, B2B Startups, Consulting Partners (CPs) and Data Providers, collaborate with AWS field to sell (or resell) cloud-based ISV solutions and Data Products to end-buyers of all segments (EMEA Commercial Sector, Public Sector and Global Accounts), using MP as the primary transaction engine.

We are looking for a leader of leaders to set the growth strategy of our Infrastructure Technology Partner business and drive a Marketplace first go to market. This leader will have a strong interlock with the Infrastructure and Marketplace Centre of Excellence and with the broader partner management community.

Successful applicants will have a combination of partner management, business development, sales, and technical experience with ISVs, and a broad understanding of the software industry (including channel) and the AWS Marketplace. You should have a track record of being a top-performing individual that is customer-centric, self-motivated, and have demonstrated experience in building and executing disruptive business models.

This position has a high level of visibility, executive engagements, and you will need to be a strong leader, able to communicate clearly and compellingly both in your writing and through your presentation skills.


Key job responsibilities
• Manager of managers role responsible for the team organizational health
• Infrastructure partners strategy in EMEA (Security, Data & Analytics and GenAI)
Yearly business planning for tech partner management and full RoB management (monthly 2x2s, MBRs, OP docs and OLRs). Prepare and provide business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and metrics
• Close interlock with EMEA ISV sales-to team, supporting SCA development and GTM for EMEA headquartered ISVs and Startups.
• Champion the AWS Marketplace business, ensuring enablement across all roles and the adoption of a MP-first strategy in EMEA
• Work with existing leadership, product, business development and field organizations to define and execute joint go-to-market programs
• Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (COE, Partner Sales, PSA, Marketing)
