About the Role
We are looking for a Business (Program) Manager to help us drive Go-to-market (GTM) for a suite of Ad insights/ account management product solutions, and scale their adoption amongst Ad customers (advertisers, agencies) and internal stakeholders. The Program manager will be part of close knit team of Product and Program managers supported by a dedicated tech team, working together to a) enhance our products through features & insights making it simpler to use and easier to action on b) scale adoption amongst customers c) understand customer feedback and funnel it back into product development.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive GTM and adoption for 1/ multiple product solutions amongst advertisers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Set up programs to continually drive product education and engagement with customers on our product solutions through trainings, customer engagement programs, marketing.
• Setup programs to capture customer feedback at scale, and inform product-tech teams on new feature opportunities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, L&D) to drive programs aimed at driving awareness and adoption of our product solutions.

Basic Qualifications
• Very High degree of Ownership and Bias for Action
• Good presentation skills; need to be able to present to CXOs and Sr. leaders
• Strong process orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks (AI fluency)
• Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets;
• Ability to deep-dive into a problem; strong analytical skills required.
• Should index high on influence without authority and Earn trust.
• Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing business requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule.
