Then read on, because the EU Creators team is looking for an Influencer Development Manager to help influencers monetize and scale their affiliate commerce content in Italy.

The Influencer Development Manager is the single threaded influencer development leader within the Amazon Influencer Program. This role will serve to drive growth through strategic relationship management, sales performance analysis, creative collaboration, and program innovation. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of the creator and marketing landscape and works well across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an excellent oral and written communicator, who leads with data, and takes an analytical approach to program development and decision making with the following attributes:
• You are customer obsessed: You will be obsessed with our influencer community, helping them build their businesses and supporting them use the Amazon Influencer tools to implement effective integrations (links, personalised influencer pages, shoppable images etc.) to drive sales and earnings for the creator through an affiliate performance model. You are deep on current influencer trends and understand how our expansive range of products fit into content creators’ strategies. You will explore revenue driving opportunities with leading influencers in this segment.
• You are strategic-minded: You will develop, execute, and refine an end-to-end influencer affiliate management strategy. You will be an advocate for building creator engagement in Italy and work closely with Amazon Influencer Marketing teams as well as supporting PR and Category teams to optimize and scale the creator flywheel. Using your deep knowledge of social media, business development, and influencer marketing you will develop innovative integrations which help unlock new opportunities for Amazon.
• You are data focused: You will have responsibility for identifying onboarding, training, and optimising a portfolio of top commercial content creators and driving the adoption of best practice. You will be responsible for defining performance KPIs and identifying core gaps in our product and marketing offering. As the owner for the performance reviews, you will utilize data to drive long-term cost-effective investment strategies for influencers. You will use data to drive negotiations and unlock key high-profile partnerships with top influencers


Key job responsibilities
-Use date driven insights to drive business decisions
-Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and agencies, educacting on compensation structures, tools, and growth targets.
- Analyze influencer sales data, identify performance trends, and proactively develop strategies to increase sales, efficiency and new customer acquisition.
- Identify upsell and collaboration opportunities (seasonal campaigns, brand collaborations, tier upgrades) that deepen influencer engagement and expand their contribution to program goals.
- Create weekly/monthly business reviews highlighting influencer performance, growth opportunities, and ROI insights for leadership.
- Partner with influencers on storytelling, trend integration, and strategic merchandising ideas to inspire new content and drive conversion.
