MX Supply Chain is seeking an S&OP Manager to serve as demand planner and core member of our S&OP and IB organization — driving alignment across business, technical, and operational teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.

As S&OP Manager, you will own planning and growth for key emerging programs and customer demand, operating within a high-performance environment that demands front-line leadership excellence and drives scalable, continuous improvement across Fulfillment Centers, Supply Chain, and Transportation networks.
Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end forecast, capacity, and peak planning for S&OP emerging programs within the MX network
Establish optimal network strategies in partnership with Operations and Business teams to consistently meet delivery commitments
Critically evaluate demand forecasts and capacity assumptions, ensuring planning rigor and accountability across the organization
Articulate a near-term vision and lead its execution by designing cross-functional solutions that elevate customer experience and operational performance
Deliver executive-grade, data-driven inputs to Finance and leadership through structured documents, business models, and presentations
Proactively assess and mitigate internal and external business risks with minimal direction
A day in the life
Lead and actively participate in business reviews, maintaining a sharp pulse on key network metrics and translating insights into strategic action
Engage with Strategy and Operations leadership to identify and close gaps between current performance and customer expectations
Author high-quality, executive-grade documents that drive planning, alignment, and informed decision-making across senior stakeholders
Challenge conventional thinking and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
Step forward decisively in high-stakes situations, leading with urgency and accountability to resolve critical challenges
About the team
The S&OP team is responsible for forecasting and planning inbound and outbound transportation flows across the entire network, striving to achieve optimal forecast accuracy through continuous data analysis. The team coordinates with Retail, finance, transportation, and other internal stakeholders to optimize transportation movement between facilities while identifying opportunities for network efficiency improvements and cost optimization.
