Amazon's Middle Mile is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager. In this role, you own the parts strategy of Amazon's Middle Mile Transportation network. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams, managing stakeholders and customers, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and delivering strong results. They will be responsible for ensuring part availability and owning parts spend across Amazon Middle Mile Fleet. This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal guidance. They must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards. This person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to varied audiences. They will have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary in a start-up like environment.


Key job responsibilities
Define both long term strategy and short term plans to achieve program goals and deliver business results.
Define, prioritize and plan resources and technical requirements needed for programs to be delivered on time.
Work with stakeholders in order to generate program adoption and ensure a successful implementation.
Write business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, write specifications, and drive product development from design to release.
You will be required to have clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders for program/product status reports as well as leadership reviews.
Drive change management and adoption of solution across Ops teams
Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of program/product.
Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address.
Generate new ideas to drive improvement, efficiency and automation across the transportation supply chain.

About the team
This role resides within the Middle Mile Fleet Management (MMFM) org, on a team responsible for developing and executing the strategy and programs that impact all assets in our fleet. We balance reactive support to short-term business needs with proactive, longer-term performance improvement and scaling.
