Description

Amazon is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager of Product Management - Technical to lead the Creator Experience pillar within Selling Partner Promotions (SPP)—the organization responsible for how 1M+ sellers, vendors, and internal teams experience Amazon's promotional ecosystem.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end creator journey for promotions—from discovery and creation to performance monitoring and issue resolution—across all customer segments: third-party Sellers, first-party Vendors, and internal Retail/Events teams. You will lead a cross-functional team of 8+ product managers, UX designers, and business intelligence engineers responsible for next-generation seller experiences, including agentic AI solutions.

This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will define the multi-year product roadmap for creator-facing tools, drive adoption of self-service capabilities that eliminate manual workflows, and build trust through transparency and intuitive experiences. You will partner closely with engineering leadership in Bangalore and platform/strategy teams across Seattle, Phoenix, and Vancouver to deliver experiences that simplify promotion management, while enabling sophisticated promotional use cases, and improving promotion quality in our store.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute a 3+ year product vision for creator-facing promotion tools that drives measurable improvements in adoption, satisfaction, time-to-value, and operational efficiency

- Own the end-to-end creator experience across all touchpoints—desktop, mobile, API, and agentic solutions

- Establish north-star metrics for creator experience quality and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and user research

- Develop compelling business cases for investment in self-service automation, UX simplification, and seller communication improvements; influence senior leadership to prioritize creator experience alongside platform scalability
