A day in the life
As a Principal Trainer and Coach, your days will be dynamic and highly impactful. You might start your morning leading an intensive workshop for senior AWS executives, honing their skills for upcoming strategic customer engagements. Following this, you could spend time refining a new simulation designed to prepare our field sellers for challenging conversations with skeptical CFOs about the business value of cloud.
In the afternoon, you might collaborate with AWS service teams to distill complex technical capabilities into clear, executive-level value propositions. Later, you could mentor a group of senior trainers, sharing your C-suite experience to help them elevate their executive engagement training skills.
Your day might conclude with a strategy session alongside AWS leadership, providing insights on how to evolve our executive engagement approach based on emerging market trends.
