Description

As a Program Manager within Network Design & Engineering, you will step into a critical 9-month secondment opportunity at the heart of how Amazon AU configures and optimises its fulfillment network. You will own a high-priority portfolio of programs that directly shape Fulfilment logic across the network, how transportation flows through AU, and how we configure the systems and settings that underpin network performance at scale.

You will lead active, high-visibility workstreams including ATROPS program governance — a critical project within the supply Chain Team — alongside broader network engineering initiatives spanning CPT/CIT optimization, configuration centralization, and cross-functional delivery. Your decisions will have direct impact on delivery speed, cost, and customer experience across the AU network.

Leading cross-functional engagement across AU FC Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams, this role requires strong program management fundamentals, the ability to ramp quickly on complex technical domains, and the confidence to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. You will be expected to maintain momentum across an active program portfolio from day one, while identifying opportunities to drive further improvement.

Core responsibilities are as follows:

Own governance and change management for ATROPS configurations, including rate cards, offsets, and system settings that influence fulfilment-to-promise planning across the AU network
Drive structured delivery across Network Design & Engineering programs, including CPT/CIT optimisation and configuration centralisation initiatives
Lead cross-functional coordination across Operations, Transportation Planning, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and execution
Maintain and communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the program portfolio
Support knowledge transfer and handback planning to ensure a seamless transition at the end of the secondment
