AWS is seeking a results-driven, senior sales professional to own and grow a portfolio of FSI sector accounts in Taiwan, spanning banking, insurance and capital market. This is a direct account management role focused on driving revenue growth, accelerating customers' digital transformation through cloud and AI adoption, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
About the Role
The FSI Sector Account Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets within an assigned territory by building deep customer relationships, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and closing deals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to contract close, while coordinating internal AWS resources to support customer needs.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the number: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets across your assigned public sector accounts
- Drive pipeline: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through direct customer engagement, partner collaboration, and territory planning
- Build executive relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with CXO-level and senior decision-makers to position AWS as the preferred cloud partner
- Develop account plans: Create and execute detailed account strategies that align AWS solutions with each customer's digital transformation priorities and budget cycles
- Coordinate internal resources: Engage Solutions Architects, CSM, Industry Specialists, Professional Services, and Partner teams, etc. to support deal execution and customer success
- Accelerate transformation and adoption: Identify customer transformation opportinity and drive upsell and cross-sell motions across AWS services and solutions
- Forecast accurately: Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to AWS leadership
