Description

We are seeking a high-ownership, systems-oriented Sr Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution for Agent Studio, a flagship initiative within Selling Partner Services to enable a digital workforce for sellers. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Science, UX, Trust, and Partner teams.

You will own large-scale, ambiguous programs that shape how Agent Studio primitives are built, validated, and scaled. You will bring structure to emerging problem spaces, establish operating mechanisms, and ensure alignment across multiple orgs and VP-level stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in frontier domains (AI/agents), can separate signal from noise, and drives clarity in environments where the “right answer” is not yet known.

Key job responsibilities
1. Program Strategy & Structuring Ambiguity
Translate product vision (e.g., multi-agent architecture, progressive autonomy, trust primitives) into executable program plans.

Define workstreams across primitives (evaluation, logging, guardrails, identity, orchestration, memory).

Build phased rollout strategies (pilot → GA → scaled adoption).

Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively mitigate risk.

2. Cross-Functional Execution

Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Science, UX, and external partner teams.

Create durable mechanisms (e.g., review docs, risk trackers).

Lead weekly/monthly operating reviews and ensure executive-ready updates.

Coordinate launches of agents and platform capabilities.

3. Trust, Evaluation & Readiness

Partner with Trust, Legal, and Risk to define guardrails for agent autonomy.

Drive definition of evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety.

Ensure that customer-facing capabilities are aligned with real technical readiness (no over-promising).

4. Pilot & Adoption Management

Stand up structured pilot programs.

Define success metrics beyond engagement.

Synthesize qualitative + quantitative feedback into roadmap recommendations.

5. Executive Communication

Prepare VP/S-Team level updates on program status, risks, and trade-offs.

Frame decisions clearly (options, implications, data gaps).

Anticipate narrative risks (e.g., expectation-setting around AI capabilities).
