The Alexa Enterprise Products (AEP) organization collaborates with external third party partners to develop Alexa solutions to delight end customers. Within this org, the Alexa Built-in (ABI) team works to integrate Alexa as a feature into major OEM brand devices, expanding the Alexa footprint globally. A critical component of this integration is to establish a working relationship with priority partners to evolve and expand offerings as well as collaborate on how to drive awareness and engagement of the Alexa feature among customers.
In this role, the Sr. Marketing Manager will own the marketing strategy across owned and operated channels (email, onsite, push) for Alexa Built-in. They will manage relationships with Partner Marketing, Product, Customer Insights, and Central Channel teams to communicate to end users the benefits/value of Alexa Built-in to encourage adoption, engagement, and high-value actions. The Sr. Marketing Manager will craft end-to-end customer journeys, optimize onsite experiences, and develop monetization strategies that balance user value with business objectives. The successful candidate possesses a strong bias for action and makes proactive strategic recommendations based on data and customer insights. They are technically savvy, innovative, analytical, collaborative, results-oriented and have deep expertise across consumer marketing with proven experience in onsite optimization and monetization strategies.

This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a proven ability to understand customers' needs, drive revenue growth, and develop innovative marketing strategies to support key business objectives. Key job responsibilities:
• Own the onsite and monetization marketing strategy, create multi-channel customer journeys, and execute/monitor campaigns that drive both engagement and revenue.
• Lead continuous optimization of onsite experiences and monetization initiatives via A/B testing, campaign analysis, and identifying new opportunities to maximize customer value and business impact.
• Directly foster relationships with cross-functional partners (Product, Customer Insights, Revenue Operations, Finance) to develop and communicate the most effective strategies for customers and the business.
• Own the analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations for onsite and monetization channels, including revenue impact, conversion metrics, and customer lifetime value.
• Drive innovation in monetization approaches while maintaining exceptional customer experience and brand integrity.
