Key job responsibilities
• Define program mission, vision, and objectives; manage program roadmaps and contribute to annual planning narratives for your organization
• Lead complex infrastructure builds across multiple teams within a VP organization, identifying technical design issues and providing actionable feedback to engineering teams
• Influence resource allocation and team priorities through data-driven analysis and stakeholder alignment
• Streamline and eliminate excess process while driving organizational efficiencies across the program portfolio
• Mentor program managers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to team development through promotion assessments and knowledge sharing
• Travel within your assigned region up to 30-40% of the time to support program delivery
• Provide project management and direction to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team.

A day in the life
Your day spans both strategic and tactical work. You might begin by reviewing program health metrics and preparing a narrative update for senior leadership, then shift to a working session with engineering leads to resolve a complex technical dependency blocking a multi-site deployment. Later, you could be mentoring a junior program manager on how to structure a difficult stakeholder conversation, or contributing to your organization's annual planning process. Your customers include Fulfillment operations leaders, engineering teams, and the broader VP organization that depends on your programs to deliver on time and at scale. You are the person others look to when programs get complex — and you thrive in that environment.
