Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive to join our Global Growth Sales (GGS) team in Italy, focused primarily on growing Display and Video Ads. This role will manage a large portfolio of small to medium-sized clients and prospects across different industries and product categories. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling our full-funnel advertising solutions—from cost-per-click advertising (Sponsored Ads) to upper funnel brand-building products including Prime Video Ads, Amazon DSP, and Live Sports advertising—helping clients scale their business across IT and EU markets.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the digital advertising industry, with specific expertise in non-ecommerce upper funnel solutions such as display, video, programmatic, and brand awareness campaigns. Deep understanding of brand-building strategies, awareness metrics (reach, frequency, brand lift), and consultative selling approaches for upper funnel objectives is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to build rapport with clients across a large book of business are critical for success.



Key job responsibilities
• Generate advertising revenue through calls, video conferencing, and in-person meetings. Drive sales in a new business environment and retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers
• Leverage expertise in upper funnel advertising solutions to educate clients on brand awareness, consideration, and reach-building strategies beyond performance marketing
• Understand Amazon's full advertising suite—from lower funnel conversion products to upper funnel brand-building solutions—and build optimized, multi-touchpoint campaigns that align with client objectives
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital advertising concepts including programmatic buying, video advertising, audience targeting, and brand measurement methodologies
• Partner closely with internal teams including retail, marketplace, and advertiser success to grow our advertisers' presence on Amazon
• Innovate in your role by leveraging personalization technologies and scalable mechanisms to reach and educate advertisers effectively
• Utilize sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress. Forecast and prioritize tasks to achieve quarterly revenue and activation goals
• Consult with clients on full-funnel strategies that integrate both performance-driven and brand-building objectives
