Workforce Solutions is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Rhythm of the Business (ROB) mechanisms and special projects. The Business Operation’s primary purpose is to transform the organization to drive efficient, high visibility work that maximizes organizational impact. Through the establishment and inspection of structures and mechanisms, we drive impact of product and service management, goal achievement, business change management, communications, and organizational design. As a centralized support across all organization verticals, our initiatives and mechanisms enhance and accelerate time, information, and decision-making efficiency for the organization.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the initiatives within the business.
• Lead change management with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Asana, Permissions, WorkDocs, Wiki, and Quip.
• Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews
• Engage with product, TPM, and development teams to correct process gaps
