Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include guidance and provision of operational support services to customers to reach the following goals, but not limited to:
• Increasing awareness of Amazon’s advertising services among IN2WW brands and advertisers.
• Helping advertisers understand Amazon's search and display advertising tools, and how they can help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for their businesses.
• Developing a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings, and share insights with global advertising teams.
• Serving as key liaison between India-based brands and advertisers, and global advertising teams responsible for those brands and advertisers.
• Diving deep on campaign performance reports and working with advertising teams around the globe to enable optimal performance to advertisers in each locale.
• Using CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and business progress and providing periodic business updates to leadership.
About the team
GGS is a global organization that manages small to medium-sized advertisers in their growth phase. We work with a diverse range of advertisers—from those with a certain level of Amazon Ads spending to those with significant advertising potential—varying in transaction volume and relationship depth. Our team is characterized by conducting sales activities through appropriate channels such as meetings, phone calls, emails, and webinars. We quickly catch up with the continuous rollout of new features and improvements, proposing usage methods and combinations tailored to advertisers' challenges, and providing consulting and optimization support based on performance data.
