About the team
The Operations Engineering function manages the execution and testing/commissioning of all CapEx equipment scope. This is usually in the form of MHE (Material Handling Equipment). The exceptions are building infrastructure/utilities equipment (transformers, HVAC etc.) handled by D&C, and Amazon Robotics which is handled by the AR team.

The Operations Engineering (Ops Eng) team also works closely with Solutions engineering whom manage equipment design and procurement process. Combined, these teams are responsible for the entire life-cycle of the CapEx equipment scope for new building launches, retrofits and conversions.
