Description

Come build the future of Quick Commerce Seller Experience with the Amazon Now (Tez) team!

We're building a brand-new, from-the-ground-up initiative in the fast-growing world of Quick Commerce, and we're looking for a passionate, driven Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) to help lead the way on our Seller Experience team.

Why Seller Experience is Critical for Growing Amazon Now:

Quick Commerce lives or dies by selection. Without a robust, diverse catalog of products available for ultra-fast delivery, customer promise falls apart. Sellers are the lifeblood of this selection—and their experience directly determines whether they onboard, stay engaged, and expand their offerings on Amazon Now.

Our Seller Experience charter is the engine that powers selection growth. By building world-class tools and experiences across seller fees/accounting, S3P upsell, pricing, promotions, and selection intelligence.
Every improvement we make in Seller Experience translates directly to more products, better availability, competitive pricing, and ultimately—happier customers receiving their orders in minutes. This is a true 0→1 opportunity where your work will define how millions of sellers engage with Quick Commerce globally.

You'll have end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives that span the entire seller journey—from onboarding and fee transparency to intelligent pricing recommendations and promotional tools.

You'll be joining a tight-knit, high-caliber team of Senior SDEs, SDMs, Principal Engineers, and fellow TPMs who are energized by solving seller problems at scale. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, define product roadmaps, and ensure flawless execution of initiatives that directly impact Amazon Now's selection growth.

If you love building from 0 → 1 and scaling from 1 → 100, care deeply about seller success and business growth, and want to supercharge your impact as a technical leader, this is your moment.

- Mentor and develop other TPMs and program managers, raising the bar for technical program management excellence
- Drive innovation in how we build seller tools and experiences, leveraging Amazon's technology platforms and best practices
- Own business metrics and success criteria; define KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on data and seller feedback
