Amazon Brazil is looking for a Program Manager to lead the implementation and launch of a comprehensive inclusion initiative to strengthen our commitment to workplace diversity and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor regulations.

A day in the life
Strategic Program Leadership: Lead implementation of PWD hiring and retention initiatives across all Amazon Brazil business units. Develop strategic plans to meet legal compliance requirements while building sustainable talent pipelines. Design scalable processes and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with business leaders across operations, technology, customer service, and corporate functions to align on hiring targets and strategies. Coordinate with HR business partners, talent acquisition teams, and medical professionals to ensure seamless candidate experience.
Program Development & Implementation: Design and launch talent retention and development programs including mentorship, training, and career progression pathways. Create talent formation initiatives that build qualified pipelines through technical training and structured hiring programs. Implement buddy programs and support systems for new employees.
Compliance & Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor law requirements across all legal entities. Develop standardized processes for accommodation requests and implementation. Create systems for accurate data tracking and reporting.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Establish key performance indicators for hiring, retention, and program effectiveness. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Report progress to leadership with actionable insights.
