Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale strategic initiatives within the Robotics Technical Services organization, including defining requirements, creating execution plans, and measuring outcomes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define complex technical solutions, translate business needs into actionable plans, and ensure alignment across diverse teams.
- Develop roadmaps and execution strategies to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency for our global robotics fleet.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, operations, and leadership to solve ambiguous problems and drive strategic priorities.
- Lead technical program reviews, communicate progress effectively to senior leadership, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
