We are looking for a top analytical mind to develop a deep understanding of SMBs Advertisers, create key performance indicators, provide guidance to optimize upcoming investments, and measure results of recent initiatives.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and have highly respected business acumen.
This specific role supports our North America sales leader (our largest revenue business) and partners directly with cross-functional leadership and multiple Advertising Finance teams, and requires strong communication and technical skills. This role will also manage a team of 3 direct reports, so a passion for coaching and fostering career development are paramount.
Key job responsibilities
* Provide strategic support to key Growth Sales initiatives and investments
* Build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards to support short and long-term planning
* Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of Financial performance for newly launched initiatives
* Ad hoc business support
