Launch Recruitment Coordinator, Workforce Staffing

Description

Ever wondered what it takes to open a brand-new Amazon building? This role puts you right at the heart of it.

As a Workforce Staffing Launch Coordinator, you'll be the person who makes sure that when Amazon opens a new Fulfilment Centre in the EU, the right people are there from day one. You'll be working on one of the most visible and fast-moving parts of our business — getting our own Amazon associates transferred into new sites before the doors even open.

This isn't a typical admin or coordination role. You'll be solving real problems: making sure transfer processes run smoothly, that data is accurate, that associates are kept informed, and that nothing falls through the cracks during what can be a complex and time-pressured launch. You'll work closely with the Program Manager, Internal Hires, and connect with stakeholders across the EU network — so your work will have a direct impact on how well a launch goes.

If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to see the tangible results of your work, this is the role for you. This position is based at our Amazon Fulfilment Centre on Waver Way, Rugby CV23 0XF, and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Amazon's continued growth across Europe.

About the team
When Amazon opens a new Fulfilment Centre, our team makes sure the right people are there from day one. We manage the end-to-end process of recruiting and transferring existing Amazon employees into new European sites — fairly, efficiently, and with the associate experience at the centre of everything we do.

You will work alongside Workforce Staffing, Operations, and HR partners across Europe, solving real challenges to keep launches on track. We are a collaborative team that values transparency and continuous improvement. If you care about detail and want visible impact, you will fit right in.
