Amazon
Do you want to be part of a business that is central to Amazon's growth in Japan? If so, join our dynamic Japan FBA team! FBA is a service with the vision to create a seamless experience for our selling partners, enabling them to leverage our world-class fulfillment network and reach millions of customers across Japan.
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead selection growth initiatives for Amazon Japan's Third-Party (3P) Seller business. In this role, you will have the rare opportunity to directly drive the growth of a critical element of our customer experience — our product selection. You will work backwards from the diverse needs of Japan's customers and selling partners to understand their selection requirements. Collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders across domestic and global teams, you will spearhead initiatives to improve the quality and discoverability of our selection, and leverage your cross-functional abilities to orchestrate the rapid onboarding of new, in-demand products at scale.
If you thrive on the challenge of translating customer needs into impactful solutions and possess a data-driven mindset, we invite you to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of FBA in Japan.

• Execute the plan by partnering with operations, tech, sales, marketing, and global stakeholders to onboard critical new, in-demand products at scale
• Analyze data and seller feedback to measure initiative effectiveness and guide decision-making
• Collaborate extensively with global and Japan business, technical, and operations teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new FBA features and services
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs between seller and customer needs and operational feasibility to drive selection growth
