AWS Professional Services is transforming customer value delivery. As Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, you'll pioneer next-generation professional services by reimagining global processes through AI and automation.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming how we deliver agentic solutions at scale — leveraging data to uncover insights, drive continuous improvement, and accelerate outcomes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, and implement sustainable improvements that raise the bar on delivery excellence.

Key job responsibilities
• Single threaded owner of one phase of the Global Delivery Framework
• Lead simplification, optimization, and automation efforts associated with your phase
• Support BAU activities while maintaining backlog of new/enhanced features and functionality
• Collaborate with the ProServe field and across the Agentic Delivery organization to incorporate feedback and share best practices
