Description

This role sits in the EU Expansion Finance team and will support several Marketplaces (i.e Netherlands, Belgium) working closely with the respective Stores finance leader on business performance and P&L management. In addition you will cover a variety of finance related topics, and will be expected to lead deep dives to support investment decisions and influence business performance and financial strategy. The role is guaranteed to have visibility to senior Store leadership. On top, you will develop expertise in several areas of the P&L with direct impact across all 5 Emerging Stores.

In this role you will have broad exposure across the full spectrum of the Country P&L and all channels and functions - including retail, 3P, operations and logistics.

Key job responsibilities
- Business partnering with senior managers across the organisation
- Analysing business performance deep diving P&L variances (year on year; and vs plan).
- Business case modelling and analysis. Providing recommendations to support investment decisions.
- Building SQL queries to pull data for analysis
- Leading data deep dives and generating insights to influence decision making
- Using AI and other tools to automate recurring processes
