In this high impact, high visibility, Sr. PMT role, you'll develop an ambitious new vision and lead key customer-facing experiments that help us leverage promotions and deals to strategically engage with customers throughout their shopping journeys on Amazon. To succeed, you'll need strong entrepreneurial drive and business instincts; excellent written communications skills and strategic thinking to frame high judgment tradeoffs; experience running and analyzing high value, often complex CX experiments across the Store; and demonstrated CX instincts to ensure customers can easily understand the savings opportunities we present to them.

Key job responsibilities
* Define and execute the strategic vision for the promotions customer experience on multiple surfaces worldwide
* Design and run innovative CX experiments to learn about what drives customer engagement and business outcomes, and drive feature launch decisions
* Lead the technical product roadmap for displaying promotional savings across the store
* Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, finance, and retail teams to deliver seamless promotional experiences
* Own key performance metrics and strategic objectives for promotion adoption and business growth
* Transform complex technical and business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that serve millions of customers globally
